Sangiovese and blend
Sangiovese is the most commonly grown grape variety in Italy. It’s mostly planted within Tuscany, but also make appearance as supporting character in many other Italian wine regions. It usually makes medium body red wines with high acidity and cherry, tomato, floral notes.
