After fermentation, the wine spends 6 months on fine lees, enhancing its complexity and wine texture.

The result is a full-bodied white wine, with a fresh taste, citrus and tropical fruit notes and a mineral finish. Rich and refreshing on the palate, this full-body white wine surprises for its structure and softness. This is a white wine that ages well for many years.
